I-75 South to Lima Exit 125 (State Route 309/117). Turn right at the end of exit ramp onto State Route 117 West – Bellefontaine Ave. Stay in the right lane and angle to the right at the first traffic light. You will pass Lima Memorial Hospital and after crossing railroad tracks, stay in the right lane and travel straight through the traffic light. You will pass Lima Senior High School and at that point, Bellefontaine Ave. becomes Market Street. Stay on Market Street through Lima Town Square and you will pass St. Rita’s Medical Center. Pajka Eye Center/Eye Surgery Center of Western Ohio is on the left in the block immediately after St. Rita’s Medical Center. The address is 855 West Market St. with a green sign out front.

From the South (Wapakoneta, Sidney, Dayton)

Travel West on State Route 309 to Lima. Pass under I-75, Stay in the right lane and angle to the right at the first traffic light. From the West (Delphos, Van Wert, Ft. Wayne IN)
Travel East on State Route 30. Exit on State Route 309 West to Lima. Continue on 309 through Elida, pass the Lima Mall, travel through Elida Road/Cable Road intersection. Continue on Elida Road (still 309) over an overpass. Elida Road becomes Jameson Ave. at this point. Continue on Jameson Ave. and turn left on Market Street.
